Rovin Jelly Powder (Bột rau câu dừa Rovin) 

(12 gói x 10g) Use for making Coconut Jelly/ Dùng làm rau câu Trái dừa

Ingredients: Carrageenan powder, konjac powder, potassium chloride, coconut milk powder

Directions for use: 

• Layer of coconut jelly: Mix well 1 packed of coconut jelly powder with 200g of sugar. Pour the dry mixture into 3 litter of coconut water, stir well. Boil the mixture until it is well dissolved. After the mixture is cooked, stir well and pour into coconut. Wait for the layer of coconut milk jelly is almost set, pour in the coconut milk jelly above to make the second layer.
• Layer of coconut milk jelly: Mix well coconut jelly powder with sugar. Pour into coconut milk, stir well. Boil and pour above the clear coconut jelly.
• When the coconut jelly is set, put it into the refrigerator.
