Instructions: Prepare one chicken, 15g fresh lime leaves, 3 pcs of lemongrass (cut into pieces and crushed), and one small ginger root.


Dissolve 100g of seasoning powder in 1.7 liters of water along with the lemongrass, ginger, and fresh lime leaves. Soak the chicken, pig's ears, or pork trotters in the mixture for 3 to 6 hours (making sure the chicken is completely submerged). After soaking, boil the chicken for about 20 to 30 minutes, then turn off the heat, cover, and let it steep for about 30 minutes. Remove the chicken and serve.
