Ingredients: Fresh bamboo shoots (73.5%), water (24%), salt (2%), acidity regulator (INS330) (0.5%).
Instruction: Drain, clean and slice the bamboo shoots. Boil, cook in soup, hotpot or stew with other ingredients such as pork ribs, goose, chicken, duck and poultry. It is also used in vegetarian cooking.
