Ingredients: Fresh bamboo shoots 71.4%, Water 26%, Salt 2%, Acidity regulator (INS330) 0.5%, Preservative (INS211) 0.1%

Instructions: Drain, clean and boil the bamboo shoots. Cook in boiling water. Cook in soup, hotpot or stew with other ingredients such as pork ribs, goose, chicken, duck, poultry, fish and beef.... It is also used in vegetarian cooking or make salad.
