Directions for use: Put 25g of Agar powder into 1.5 liters - 3 liters of water according to your preference of the texture. Cook and stir until boil in 5 minutes, add in sugar and keep stirring until totally dissolve. Flavorings and color can be added if desired. Pour into molds, let cool until set. Serve chilled.
