Refund Policy

We will only accept returns if the items are not as described and will offer a refund/exchange once reviewed on a case by case basis. Please contact us to complete a return form.

We will return your money subject to the following conditions:

  • If Goods arrived damaged in transit, please check carefully when you receive your order and take photos of the damages.
  • Refunds will be issued using your original payment method and it will take 3-5 working days to process from agreement. Please note, delivery fees are non-refundable.

The following rules apply to cancellation of your order:

  • If you have ordered Goods, and we have not dispatch it, you may cancel your order without giving a reason, at any time within 24 hours your order. You will have no obligation and we will return your money.
  • If your order has been dispatched it will not be cancelled.

We do not accept returns for the reason of change of mind (so please choose the product with care and suitable for your purpose).
