  • We reserve the right to adjust shipping methods or fees for oversized or rural deliveries; any adjustments will be communicated prior to dispatch.

Packaging and Handling

  • Account Holders: Standard packaging and handling are included in your account terms.

  • Non-Account Customers: A standard packaging and handling fee applies to all orders for customers without an active commercial account. This fee will be calculated and displayed at checkout.

Shipping & Delivery Costs

Shipping rates are calculated based on the total weight of the order and the destination delivery zone. Exact shipping costs will be determined at checkout.

Our delivery zones are structured across three primary regions:

  • Wellington Region (Tiered by weight: 0–5KG, 5–10KG, 10–15KG, 15KG+)

  • Rest of the North Island (Tiered by weight: 0–5KG, 5–10KG, 10–15KG, 15KG+)

  • South Island (Tiered by weight: 0–5KG, 5–10KG, 10–15KG, 15KG+)

Free Shipping Eligibility

We offer complimentary shipping for commercial Supermarkets and Restaurants located within the Wellington Area.
