- Prepare 1 colander and 2 basins and a water kettle
- Stack dry vermicelli into the colander up to 10 pieces per stack. Place the colander into on of the basin. Fill the other basin with cool tab water (about 3/4 full)
- Boil water in a kettle until fully boiled
- Pour the hot water into the colander and basin over the submerge for more than 1 minute and 15 seconds (Do not submerge more than 1 minute and 15 seconds as they will disintegrate)
- Remove the colander with the rice vermicelli from the basin of hot water and immediately place it into the other basin of cool water for 1 second, then remove the colander of rice vermicelli from the cool water basin. Drain off the water from the colander and separate into individual pieces onto a plate.
- The Fice rice vermicelli is now ready to be served with vegetables, roasted pork meat, or seafoods along with dipping sauce of your choice.
- Fresh Rice Vermicelli: Boil water in a pot until fully boiled, put rice vermicelli fully submerged in boiling water and cook for 7 minutes. Pour rice vermicelli into a basket and rinse by cool water, drain off water for 5 minutes. The rice vermicelli now can be used with broth.
- Pan-Fried rice vermicelli: Boil water in a pot until fully boiled, put rice vermicelli fully submerged in boiling water and cook for 4 minutes. Pour rice vermicelli into a basket and rinse by cool water, drain off water. Prepare a hot pan, add some cooking oil, add your favorite meat, vegetables, mushroom and seafoods. Stir-fry evenly for a couple minutes. After the mixture is cooked, add rice vermicelli into the pan, mix all and stir fry until rice vermicelli absorbed evenly, add seasoning and serve immediately.
